Job summary

S2 is seeking a Property Manager in Phoenix to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction across our communities. You will lead Leasing Agents, monitor performance, and collaborate with Maintenance to ensure quality turns.

The role requires at least 2 years of property management experience, strong communication, and knowledge of Fair Housing and applicable laws. You will report to leadership and help shape market strategies while upholding S2 values.

• Drive occupancy and revenue growth while improving resident satisfaction and community reputation.

• Increase occupancy and retain residents.
• Develop strategies for challenging markets.
• Approve and monitor budgets for ROI.
