Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of production planning experience in manufacturing, preferably multi-site.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Infor CSI, for job creation and BOM/routing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; lean manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze order intake and demand signal to generate structured, achievable production plans.
• Coordinate production planning across multiple sites, considering site capabilities and labor.
• Convert approved orders into work orders or job travelers in the ERP system (Infor CSI).
• Collaborate with Production Managers, Materials Teams, and Supply Chain for clear, executable plans.
• Participate in SIOP reviews with backlog analysis and capacity alignment by site.
• Monitor plan performance using KPIs and recommend improvements.
