Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Production Planner to convert S&OP into a feasible Master Production Schedule across its manufacturing footprint. You will sequence by SKU, site, and work center, and ensure the plan is executable given capacity constraints.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in production planning, a bachelor’s in a related field, and strong knowledge of MPS/MRP logic and ERP scheduling such as Acumatica.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of production planning or master scheduling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MPS/MRP logic and ERP scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Convert the reconciled S&OP plan into a time-phased MPS by SKU, site, and work center.
• Assess and represent true capacity feasibility during S&OP reviews.
• Set and enforce planning time fences with an approval process for exceptions.
• Track inter-site handoff timing for network coordination.
• Translate network MPS into site-level targets and oversee Site Schedulers.
• Monitor schedule adherence and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Present capacity and adherence metrics in monthly S&OP reconciliations.
