Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare administration, with at least 2 years as practice administrator overseeing multiple locations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations; CMPE designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold P&L accountability for assigned practice and leadership of all locations.
• Oversee talent development, hiring, and performance management of staff.
• Identify opportunities to drive profitability by addressing gaps in service, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the practice’s operating budget and allocate resources to optimize results.
• Ensure practice is optimizing revenue cycle management and minimizing billing errors.
• Collaborate with the company’s operations team to share best practices across locations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state healthcare regulations.
