Job summary

Urology San Antonio in Texas is seeking a Clinic Manager II to oversee all front and back-office performance at the Northwest Office, the practice's largest location with six pods. You will enforce scheduling standards, manage staffing, and drive patient access and revenue growth.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare, CMA/LVN clinical background, and familiarity with billing. A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience as a CMA or LVN (Urology preferred).
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare/clinic setting.
• 5+ years in healthcare/clinic operations and familiarity with medical terminology and billing.
• Experience overseeing multi-pod or multi-location clinic operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front and back-office performance across Northwest pods.
• Enforce scheduling standards and 72-Hour Rule for new-patient appointments.
• Staff supervision and coaching to ensure workflow and productivity.
• Coordinate with facilities, vendors, and central administration.
• Provide monthly performance reporting to practice leadership.
