Job summary

Urology Clinics of North Texas is seeking a Practice Administrator to lead clinical and business operations across multiple Dallas-area clinics. You will supervise Clinic Managers, partner with physicians, and be accountable for financial performance, staffing, and patient experience.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field, with 5–7+ years of healthcare leadership and experience managing multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive healthcare management experience, including at least 3 years managing multiple locations or a practice with 6+ providers.
• Experience in a specialty or surgical practice preferred; urology experience a plus.
• CMPE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across multiple clinic locations, standardizing workflows, policies, and service expectations.
• Hire, coach, and develop Clinic Managers and site leads; manage staffing and coverage across sites.
• Develop and manage the operating budget, monitor performance, and explain variances.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance with Billing (charge capture, collections, A/R, denials).
• Serve as the primary operational partner to physicians and advanced practice providers; review productivity and template utilization.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and other regulatory standards.
• Improve patient access and satisfaction through scheduling, template design, and workflow improvements.
• Lead projects such as new provider onboarding, site openings, and system changes.

We're looking for an experienced healthcare leader to guide operations across several of our clinic locations and help our teams deliver consistent, high-quality, patient-centered care.About the RoleAs Practice Administrator, you'll lead clinical and business operations for a multi-site practice supporting 6–10 or more providers. You'll develop and supervise our Clinic Managers, partner closely with physicians, and be accountable for the practice's financial performance, compliance, staffing, and patient experience. Urology experience is a plus, and CMPE certification is preferred.Schedule & TravelOn-site, Monday through Friday, divided among assigned locations.Regular travel between clinic sites. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.Occasional after-hours availability for urgent matters.
