Lifepoint Health’s Harris Regional Hospital in Sylva, NC is seeking an experienced Physician Services Market Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multi-site physician services, driving growth and high-quality care across the continuum.

You will build strong physician relationships, lead high-performing teams, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA) and accountability, and advance patient access and care delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Experience leading multi-site healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of physician services and patient access.
• Proven budget management and financial oversight.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
