Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of construction leadership experience across multiple job sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, job costing and scheduling.
• Proficiency with project management tools and field reporting systems.
• Experience leading field and office operations at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and field teams to meet production goals.
• Set clear expectations and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Develop production strategies to optimize labor and resources.
• Monitor schedules, labor projections, and project timelines weekly.
• Collaborate with Pre-Construction and Project Management to align with scope.
