This role requires strong organization, time management, and a proactive mindset to keep the Paint & Drywall Division operating efficiently and safely while upholding quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to pass a physical examination and qualify for a medical card.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license for 3+ years and insurable on company policy.
• Bilingual Spanish skills a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily functions for paint and drywall phases.
• Coordinate labor scheduling and ensure timelines.
• Confirm job readiness and access to required materials, tools, and equipment.
• Drive material efficiency and waste-reduction efforts across all projects.
• Train field personnel and support workforce development initiatives.
• Communicate field updates to labor teams and internal stakeholders as needed.
