PRIMETONE is seeking a reliable and experienced Operations Supervisor to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Jersey City, NJ. This hands-on role leads field operations, manages multiple sites, and ensures projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Candidates should have experience in operations, construction or property services, strong leadership abilities, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites.
• Create and manage detailed job scopes (cleaning, porter, renovations).
• Supervise field staff and maintain quality control.
• Enforce safety protocols and job site compliance.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and project timelines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams.
