Primetone is seeking an experienced Janitorial Manager to oversee daily operations and lead janitorial teams across multiple locations in New Jersey. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to support a diverse client base.

You will supervise staff, conduct inspections, manage staffing and supplies, and train employees on cleaning procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial management, commercial cleaning, or facility supervision preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish for diverse client interactions.
