Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience, including multi-site responsibility.
• Proven track record managing P&L, budgets, and KPIs across dispersed facilities.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma knowledge; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-site manufacturing operations strategy.
• Standardize operating system with KPIs and tiered accountability across plants.
