Job summary

Prysmian Group seeks a Plant Director to lead its Marshall, Texas facility—the company's largest manufacturing site. You will guide strategic growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation for a 500+ team in a high-volume environment across North America.

Reporting to the VP of Power Distribution Manufacturing, you will drive safety, quality, and productivity while aligning plant goals with Prysmian’s global mission and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; master’s preferred.
• Experience in wire & cable, power distribution, or industrial manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision for the Marshall facility, aligning with global business objectives.
• Lead transformation initiatives that elevate safety, quality, and productivity while fostering innovation.
• Oversee Lean Six Sigma programs, capital investment planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across operations, engineering, and support functions.
• Represent the plant in corporate forums, audits, and strategic reviews, and engage with local communities.
