Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading large-scale operations and driving strategic execution.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma expertise with a track record of transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision for the Marshall facility in line with global objectives.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
