Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, operations, business or related field.
• Advanced degree or MBA preferred for leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in multi-site manufacturing operations and P&L responsibility.
• Proven knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong leadership, change management, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-site operations strategy aligned with company goals.
• Standardize operating system, KPIs, daily management, and accountability across plants.
• Set annual operating budgets and own P&L for manufacturing operations.
• Drive productivity, throughput, and cost-reduction without sacrificing quality.
• Lead capacity planning, capital investments, and plant footprint strategy.
• Develop Plant Managers and site leaders and drive talent development across sites.
• Foster engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement culture; conduct site visits.
