Job summary

Trademark Recruiting/Consulting seeks a Manager of Operations to lead six manufacturing facilities across South Florida, delivering operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Travel up to 50% within the region and partner with executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has a track record in multi-site manufacturing, Lean, GMP, supply chain, and a strong command of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to optimize planning, budgeting, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain, manufacturing management or business administration; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership; minimum 5 years across multiple facilities; regulated environments.
• Proven ownership of P&L responsibilities (> $50M) and continuous improvement leadership.
• Experience driving Lean initiatives, Six Sigma, and GMP compliance; strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for six facilities across multiple industries; drive profitable plant operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement programs (5S, VSM, waste reduction) and optimize OEE.
• Oversee supply chain planning, procurement coordination, inventory management, and logistics; use D365 data for demand planning.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditure, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Mentor Plant Managers and cross-functional teams; build high-performance talent.
• Ensure GMP compliance, CAPA programs, audits, and safety culture.
