Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in outbound operations and fulfillment execution.
• Proven ability to drive productivity, quality, and service improvements.
• Experience leading startup deployments, stabilization efforts, and turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup readiness, go-live, and stabilization for new warehouses and fulfillment sites.
• Drive recovery and turnaround plans to improve service, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Provide SME guidance on outbound processes, labor deployment, and workflow design.
• Coach and develop leadership teams across facilities to ensure accountability and execution.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement across the network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute launches and process optimizations.
