Job summary

Quovis, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in Bryan, OH to lead multi-site manufacturing operations across the US and Mexico, overseeing production, materials, engineering and logistics.

You will build a strong plant leadership bench and translate strategy into day-to-day results. The role requires ownership of a cross-site operations agenda, setting expectations, removing barriers, and driving safety, quality, and cost improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• Multi-site manufacturing leadership experience across US and Mexico
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across production, quality, engineering and logistics
• Ability to develop and coach Plant Managers and site leadership teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple operational functions across sites: production, materials, engineering, and logistics
• Align processes to deliver quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes
• Lead Plant Managers and site leadership teams
• Drive continuous improvement using 80/20 or similar structured methods across the network
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949; ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 and OSHA requirements
