Job summary

Terawatt Infrastructure is seeking an Operations & Facility Program Manager to own program and project management across multiple sites, from pre‑commercial acceptance through sustained operation. You will balance schedules, budgets, risk, and stakeholder needs while driving continuous improvement of the charging network, safety, vendor coordination, and site facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in facilities/operations
• 3–5 years in project or facilities management with relevant industries
• PM skills: scheduling, budgeting, risk management, vendor coordination

Responsibilities

• Define and implement unified processes to hit milestones, budgets, and mitigate risks.
• Establish SOPs for charging sites from pre-commercial to sustained operation.
• Conduct cross‑functional risk assessments across strategic, technical, financial, and operational dimensions.
• Support RFP development and vendor evaluation for clear decision-making.
• Drive cost efficiency and service quality through continuous improvement across operations.
• Forecast internal and external resource demand to meet milestones on time.
• Maintain clear communications across Management, Product, Sales, Finance, Technology, and Development.
• Partner with project managers on site-related projects including expansions, renovations, safety enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Oversee security measures across sites and coordinate with security vendors.
