Job summary

A leading independent tire distributor is seeking a Network and Security Specialist to manage and secure their multi-site network. You will maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement security tools in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of network and cybersecurity experience and strong knowledge of protocols like TCP/IP and DNS. Relevant certifications and experience with cloud platforms are preferred. This role is located in Lexington, Kentucky.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of network and/or cybersecurity experience required.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
• Experience with security tools such as firewalls and VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support network infrastructure across locations.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot network issues.
• Implement and manage security tools and respond to incidents.
