Job summary

MidPoint Technology Group is seeking a Network Administrator to manage and support our network infrastructure across multiple office locations. You will administer FortiGate firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networks, while coordinating with vendors and our outside network engineering partner.

You will provide Tier 1/2 end-user support, participate in on-call rotations, and drive network buildouts and relocations. Strong communication skills and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT/CS or related field.
• Strong TCP/IP, routing, switching, DHCP/DNS, VLANs, wireless, and VPN skills.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity, performance, and security issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (switches, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, ISP links).
• Lead network builds for new/relocated offices and multi-site deployments.
• Provide Tier 1/2 end-user support and participate in on-call rotation.
• Document topology, IP schemes, VLANs, inventories, and changes.
• Collaborate with external network engineering partner on major projects.
