Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Reno, NV is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to maintain safety, functionality, and appearance of institutional facilities across the assigned territory. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and system upkeep spanning plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, with CMMS workflow and site-to-site travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with required trade certifications.
• Minimum 3 years general maintenance in commercial/institutional facilities.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for travel.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, building systems; HVAC knowledge helpful.
• Proficient with CMMS and basic tablet/mobile apps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Use CMMS to process and close work orders and track materials.
• Inspect facilities and report issues requiring contractor involvement.
• Maintain safe work areas and vehicle cleanliness for assigned sites.
• Travel between multiple sites within assigned territory as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards.
