Car Spa, Inc. is seeking a Market Manager to drive performance across multiple locations, overseeing car wash, C-Store, and oil center operations. You will lead teams, manage staffing and budgets, and ensure excellence in customer service and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to optimize labor, inventory, and vendor relationships while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail car wash or automotive service environment.
• Proven multi-site management experience.
• Comfortable in high-volume retail with 50–100 transactions per hour.
• Budgeting, cost control, and P&L management skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment with a strong focus on satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and develop team members and managers to improve performance and build bench strength.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategic actions.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe, clean facility across all departments.
