Car Spa, Inc. is seeking a Market Manager to lead and grow operations across car wash, C-Store, and oil center, driving profitability and service excellence. You will supervise multiple sites, oversee budgeting, and coach managers to develop a high-performing team.

In a fast-paced retail environment, the role requires strong leadership, scheduling optimization, and adherence to safety standards. Travel to sites will be involved to ensure consistent operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail car wash or automotive service environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites.
• Comfortable in a high-volume retail setting with 50–100 transactions per hour.
• Budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-location operations and ensure operational compliance.
• Manage profitability targets, budgets, and P&L statements.
• Ensure safety protocols and training are conducted regularly.
• Hire, train, and develop managers and staff to improve performance.
• Optimize labor and scheduling based on volume and needs.
• Review timecards daily for payroll accuracy and control costs.
