Job summary

Great Dane is seeking a Project Manager, Operations Transformation to lead multi-site manufacturing improvements focused on productivity, throughput, labor optimization, and standardization. You will deliver enterprise manufacturing improvements across facilities while partnering with plant leadership to ensure alignment and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 8–12+ years in manufacturing operations or project leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• 8–12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or project leadership
• Experience leading plant-level or multi-site initiatives
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to manage complex operational projects
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• Experience in automation deployment and production system optimization preferred
• Travel: Up to 50%

Responsibilities

The Position: The Project Manager, Operations Transformation leads multi-site manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on productivity, throughput, labor optimization, and operational standardization. This role is responsible for delivering enterprise manufacturing improvements across multiple facilities.
