Great Dane is seeking a Project Manager, Operations Transformation to lead cross-site manufacturing improvements focused on productivity, throughput, labor optimization, and standardization. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, measurable outcomes, and collaboration across functions to deliver financial and operational gains. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8–12+ years in manufacturing operations or project leadership.
• Experience leading plant-level or multi-site initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex operational projects.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Automation deployment experience preferred.
• Production system optimization experience preferred.
• Travel up to 50%.

The Position: The Project Manager, Operations Transformation leads multi-site manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on productivity, throughput, labor optimization, and operational standardization. This role is responsible for delivering enterprise manufacturing improvements across multiple facilities.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to manage complex operational projects
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• Experience in automation deployment preferred
• Experience in production system optimization preferred
• Travel: Up to 50%
