HSM is a privately held manufacturer with facilities across the U.S., seeking an experienced Manufacturing Program Coordinator. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional program execution across Fort Smith, AR and Tulsa, OK, ensuring readiness and on-time launches.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance to ensure manufacturing readiness, monitor risks, and drive timely resolutions. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3-6+ years of manufacturing, project coordination, or program management.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Stage-Gate processes and project management tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication to influence cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Experience in automotive or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional program execution across manufacturing facilities in Fort Smith, AR and Tulsa, OK.
• Lead milestone tracking, Gate reviews, and Work Package execution to keep programs on schedule.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance to ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Monitor program risks, identify roadblocks, and drive timely resolution.
• Maintain program dashboards, executive updates, and reporting with visibility into progress.
• Coordinate production readiness, launch activities, PPAP timing, and validation efforts.
• Align program timelines with plant capacity, staffing, tooling, and equipment readiness.
• Support quality initiatives aligned with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3 standards.
