Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of project management, manufacturing, operations, or related experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional or multi-site projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization.
• Self-starter with good follow-through and a sense of urgency.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate manufacturing projects across multiple facilities.
• Develop and track project schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and other departments.
• Identify issues and roadblocks and work to get them resolved.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership.
• Manage changing priorities and keep projects moving.
• Serve as the main point of coordination from project kickoff through completion.
