• Experience leading a manufacturing engineering team.
• 5–10 years of cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads manufacturing engineering to drive cross-functional collaboration across departments, teams, and locations, ensuring aligned and efficient operations.
• Oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency.
• Oversees the design and implementation of manufacturing process & equipment in all plants.
• Oversees and leads the release of new products.
• Oversees manufacturing engineering tools and standards.
• Oversees manufacturing engineering projects, tooling and test fixtures.
• Ensures test fixtures and related equipment go through appropriate approvals before implementation or purchase.
• Ensures the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Special projects and requests are completed in a timely and positive fashion.
