Job summary

General ThermoDynamics, an API Heat Transfer Company, seeks a Director of Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance to lead engineering, maintenance, facilities, reliability, automation, CI, and capital projects across three Wisconsin sites. This executive role reports to the VP of Wisconsin Operations and drives uptime, productivity, and capital strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive manufacturing engineering and maintenance leadership.
• 5+ years leading multiple facilities, departments, or business units.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-site manufacturing engineering and maintenance strategy.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Safety, HR, Finance, and Leadership to achieve objectives.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and CI initiatives across Wisconsin facilities.
• Direct manufacturing engineering activities across Franklin, Iron Ridge, and Germantown.
• Lead maintenance programs and maximize asset uptime and reliability.
• Develop capital expenditure budgets and manage facility upgrades and automation projects.
