Job summary

Global Recruiters of West Bend is assisting in sourcing an Manufacturing Engineering Manager (electrical technologies) for a prominent engineered products manufacturer in the Madison, WI area. The role requires a hands-on engineering leader who can drive NPI initiatives and improve manufacturability while maintaining strong communication with customers and suppliers.

The position reports to the VP of Operations with dotted-line to the VP of Engineering and oversees a small team of skilled

Reporting to the VP of Operations with a dotted-line to the VP-Engineering, this leader will have direct responsibility for a small team of highly-skilled technologists.

Location: Onsite daily (not a hybrid or remote role)

Relocation: Considered on a case-by-case basis

Travel: minimal, primarily day-trips to other sites, customers or tradeshows
