Maintenance Technician – Multi-Site (PA, NJ & NY) at Children of America, Inc. is a full-time role offering a base in East Brunswick, NJ or surrounding area with travel across PA, NJ and NY to support multiple school locations.

You will perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance, troubleshoot issues, inspect facilities, and ensure safety and licensing compliance while collaborating with school directors and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of multi-site maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Based in or near East Brunswick, NJ preferred.
• Willing to travel regularly across PA, NJ, and NY.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance at COA school locations.
• Travel to support assigned schools across PA, NJ, and NY.
• Troubleshoot facilities, equipment, and maintenance issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain and inspect facilities to meet safety and licensing requirements.
• Document work orders and maintenance logs in the computerized system.
• Assist with setup and preparation of new school facilities.
• Deliver supplies and manage inventory for maintenance needs.
• Provide emergency maintenance support as needed, including evenings or weekends.
