Job summary

ACC is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Beaver Dam and Green Lake, WI. You will work at Campbell Court in Beaver Dam and Dartford Bay-Landing in Green Lake, keeping communities safe, clean, and welcoming.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks, with an on-call after-hours rotation. The role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to physically inspect properties.
• Able to use common tools including circular saw, drill, jig saw, testing devices, and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interiors and exteriors for maintenance issues in apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Perform inspections and keep tools and equipment in good condition.
• Handle electrical tasks: outlets, switches, fixtures, breakers.
• Carry out plumbing repairs: faucets, re-piping, toilets, sinks, unclogging drains.
• Conduct heating/cooling repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain grounds and perform seasonal tasks (snow removal, lawn care).
• Perform carpentry and drywall repairs as needed.
