Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking an Area Property Maintenance Technician to support a growing portfolio of apartment communities in the Fox Valley, WI area. The role offers a stable schedule with no on-call obligations and opportunities to lead maintenance projects across several properties.

You will train new technicians, coordinate inspections, and work closely with regional leaders to meet deadlines and drive resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general HVAC/troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at properties and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Perform inspections of units, buildings and common areas; ensure safety and compliance.
• Lead onboarding and training of maintenance technicians and coordinate with regional management.
