Job summary

ACC Management Group is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support Woodale Crossing in Brown Deer and Westport Meadows in Port Washington, working between both properties. The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience with a well-rounded skill set across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

You will join an experienced team, participate in a shared on-call rotation, and contribute to maintaining high-quality housing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior for maintenance issues and inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, heating, and carpentry tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances; assist with cleaning and janitorial requests.
• Maintain tools and equipment; ensure safe work environment; respond to on-call emergencies.
