Community LIFE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the United States. The role covers preventive and episodic maintenance, service and repair across mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry and plumbing tasks on multiple sites.
The MT will install or relocate furniture and equipment as needed, and may perform home repairs for participants as authorized. A trade school education and at least one year of maintenance experience are required, along with a valid PA Driver's
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week M-F between the hours of 7am and 3:30 pm with flexibility to work later and/or on weekends due to need
Salary:$20- $26 per hour, based on experience - DAILY PAY AVAILABLE!!
Summary of Job Duties: Provide preventative and episodic maintenance, service and repair in the area of mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry, plumbing and other services covering multiple sites. Occasional installations or relocation of furniture, equipment and decorative items. In addition to facility repairs, the Maintenance Technician (MT) will also provide home repairs for participants as authorized by Community LIFE Interdisciplinary Teams. The MT must be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in the above areas.
Required Education: Trade school or other relevant training in applicable field
Required Experience:One year experience in the maintenance field (preferably in healthcare facility maintenance)
