Qualifications

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors and indoors.
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
• Comfortable working independently and across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on restaurant equipment (training provided).
• Perform routine maintenance to landscaping.
• Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Travel between locations to respond to maintenance needs.
• Monitor and report equipment issues or safety concerns.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding completed tasks and upcoming needs.
