Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a reliable maintenance technician to perform a wide range of building and equipment repairs across our Dunkin' restaurant network in Rochester, NH and nearby towns. You will travel between sites, handle preventative maintenance, basic electrical/mechanical tasks, and report daily to the home office.

A valid driver's license and flexible on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

Must have valid Driver's License.
Electrical and refrigeration certifications are a plus.
Flexible availability and on-call duties, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Travel to multiple Dunkin' locations in Rochester/Somersworth, NH performing facility and equipment repairs.
Carry out preventative maintenance and basic mechanical/electrical work.
Coordinate with the Admin team and report daily from the home office.

Job Summary

We are looking for an individual to do miscellaneous building and equipment repairs in our busy 8 Dunkin' restaurant network. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across our facilities, ensuring everything operates smoothly and safely. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our equipment, infrastructure, and overall environment, supporting our commitment to excellence.

Duties

The job includes traveling to multiple restaurants (Rochester/Somersworth, NH) doing various facility maintenance,e quipment repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Good basic trouble-shooting and mechanical skills
Basic People skills and management
Basic eletrical skills - certification a plus.
Refrigeration - certification is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have flexible availability including being on call after normal hours on weekends.
