Job summary

Dunkin’ & Retail Centers in Southern Maine seeks a Repairs & Maintenance Technician to support multiple Dunkin locations within a 45‑minute drive of Biddeford, ME. You will maintain equipment, perform PM tasks, and handle cleaning, painting, and light repairs.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and communicates daily with ownership, management, and subcontractors. A driver’s license is required, and some carpentry/plumbing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
• Proficient in equipment PM and deep cleaning
• Basic carpentry and plumbing knowledge helpful
• Driver’s license may be required

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Dunkin locations' buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Coordinate with owner, management, and contractors; report via phone/email
• Perform cleaning, painting, tile work, and small repairs
• Seasonal groundskeeping and light landscaping
