Job summary

American Property Management is hiring a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician for Terravista, Briarstone, and Bellamonte Apartments in Tacoma, WA. The role requires 1+ years in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years, with emphasis on unit turnover, inventory tracking, and customer service.

Applicants must have a driver’s license, English fluency, and own basic hand tools (power tools provided). HVAC certification is a plus, CPO for pool properties optional.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years.
• Must be well‑versed in the unit turnover process from start to finish.
• Must have experience in tracking and maintaining inventory.
• Must provide your own basic hand tools – the Company will provide power tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, work and storage areas to ensure curb appeal up to company standards.
• Paint and clean as needed to ensure timely unit turnover.
• Ensure lawns are mowed and entryways, walkways and driveways are blown and free of debris.
• Must be able to be on‑call for emergencies or snow removal.
