Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Virginia Beach, VA to support six properties across eight buildings. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical/plumbing issues, and coordinate major HVAC/roofing repairs with external vendors.

The role requires a 9am–5pm schedule, Monday–Friday with on-call availability. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, plus a $700 monthly allowance for gas/vehicle/cell, medical

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of commercial building maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License; will be traveling between properties.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing; familiarity with HVAC/roofing processes (major repairs via contractors).
• Able to lift 75 pounds and move furniture; comfortable on ladders/rooftops in varying weather.
• Proficient with ticketing/maintenance software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; professional with difficult clients.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across six properties / eight buildings.
• Complete preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues; coordinate major HVAC/roofing repairs with vendors.
• Carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring repairs; replace ceiling tiles, lighting, and gutters.
• Monitor vendor work; respond to client tickets via ticketing software.
• Maintain maintenance logs and work orders; inspections for safety needs.
