Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (VRLTA) and Fair Housing Laws.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Complete all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Maintain and service plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs of electrical systems.
• Complete make-ready process of vacant units as directed.
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude at all times.
