Job summary

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) seeks a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our Lancaster team. The role involves traveling to multiple sites, supervising technicians, and handling work orders and turnovers at apartment communities. PMI is an employee-owned company with a long history in real estate management.

The incumbent will oversee a diverse maintenance team, perform light electrical/plumbing/HVAC, and contribute to resident services while supporting a stable, growing organization.

Qualifications

• Prior residential maintenance experience is required.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors, inventory and a great team.
• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Schedule and oversee turnover of vacant apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Customer service.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
• Rotating On-Call in Lancaster area.
• May be eligible for an on-call bonus.

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our Lancaster team. This position will travel to multiple sites, to oversee technicians, assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Rate: $26+ depending on certifications, experience, and position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
