Job summary

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) in Altoona, PA is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our traveling team.

You will support multiple apartment communities with work orders and turnovers, contribute to upkeep, and assist with light electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks. Qualifications

• Residential maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
• Rotating On-Call in local area.

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Altoona maintenance team. This position will travel to multiple sites, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Rate: Depending on experience and position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
