Job summary

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the Altoona maintenance team. This role requires travel to multiple apartment communities to handle work orders and turnovers.

Qualifications

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable insured transportation.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Customer service.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
• Rotating On-Call in local area.
• May be eligible for an on-call bonus!

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Altoona maintenance team. This position will travel to multiple sites, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Rate: Depending on experience and position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
