Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities across our Washington portfolio. You will address electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance tasks, while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining curb appeal.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least one year in property management or related field, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the property management industry or related field preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Carry out general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, and tile repair.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to satisfaction of residents and standards.
