Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic leadership across multiple sites. You will drive growth, control costs, and optimize productivity while ensuring safety and quality. This role requires strong client relationship management and finance acumen.

You will lead diverse teams, coach managers, and align operations with client expectations, with weekend work as a core part of the schedule. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required, with 5+ years in industrial multi-site

Qualifications

5+ years management experience in a multi-site industrial or manufacturing setting.
Proven ability to manage and grow accounts while meeting contractual obligations.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with P/L responsibility and budget oversight.
Knowledge of GMP, safety standards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Provide vision, planning, direction and control to assigned sites for defined accounts.
Lead teams to achieve revenue growth, margin, and productivity targets.
Establish and maintain client relationships and conduct monthly performance reviews.
Oversee safety, quality, service levels and compliance across sites.
Manage budgets, P&L, and procurement improving margins and cost controls.
Develop and coach managers to reach their full potential.
