Job summary

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is seeking a Maintenance Manager to keep our equipment running smoothly across multiple sites. You will install, repair, and maintain car wash gear alongside the team, ensuring uptime.

You will lead projects, manage inventories, train staff, and communicate clearly with ops leadership. This role offers growth opportunities in a culture focused on ownership and excellence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mechanical/industrial equipment.
• Experience managing multi-site projects across locations.
• Strong inventory and vendor management skills.
• Comfortable training others and enforcing standards.
• Sharp troubleshooting instincts and mechanical know-how.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and communication.
• Ability to travel between sites as needed.
• Comfortable operating power tools and equipment.
• Able to lift and move equipment/parts; stand and bend as needed.
• Comfortable working near moving parts and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain car wash equipment with the team.
• Serve as the go-to problem solver for equipment issues.
• Lead installation and upgrade projects across sites, on time and on budget.
• Maintain tight parts inventory and high-priority stock.
• Own the preventive maintenance program with schedules and docs.
• Train site managers and techs to spot issues before downtime.
• Keep ops leadership informed with clear, sharp communication.
