Responsabilités

• Repairs & Troubleshooting: diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems; repair or replace defective parts.
• Preventive Maintenance: perform routine checks, service equipment, and scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• System Management: monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, and other building systems.
• Inspections: regularly inspect equipment and facilities for safety and code compliance.
• Documentation: keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
