Job summary

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is hiring a Maintenance Manager to keep equipment running smoothly across multiple sites in the Nashville area. You will install, repair, and maintain car wash machinery alongside the team, and lead upgrade projects on schedule and within budget.

You will own the preventive maintenance program, manage parts inventory, and train site managers to prevent downtime while maintaining clear communication with operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with mechanical/industrial equipment.
• Experience managing projects across multiple locations.
• Strong inventory and vendor management skills.
• Comfortable training others and holding them to a standard.
• Sharp troubleshooting instincts and mechanical know-how.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between sites as needed.
• Able to lift, carry, and move equipment and parts.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable working near moving mechanical parts and climbing ladders/platforms as needed.

Responsibilities

• Get your hands dirty — install, repair, and maintain car wash equipment right alongside the team
• Be the go-to problem solver when equipment issues get complicated
• Lead installation and upgrade projects across multiple sites, on time and on budget
• Keep parts inventory tight and high-priority items always in stock
• Own the preventive maintenance program — schedules, documentation, accountability
• Train site managers and techs to spot issues before they become downtime
• Keep ops leadership in the loop with clear, sharp communication
